Our real estate agent, Christal, was phenomenal and talented. Christal was trustworthy, professional, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She went with us to visit multiple properties and listened to our desires of what we wanted to find in our home. Christal contacted several sellers, provided us with significant insight (especially with securing and choosing the best home loan), and often meditated between us and the seller which helped us tremendously especially at the end of the escrow and final days processes which can be stressful. She often followed-up with the seller, contractor, and their agents and ensured we understood each real estate process and step in ways we felt listened and understood. We lived in California and her expertise and the way she communicated provided us ease, comfort, and a sense of security from the beginning and to the end of the process. I can assure you the elegance and professionalism are top notch qualities of her (plus she is a local Las Vegas native which helped us also decide of the location of our property) and you will be glad you hire her for your next investment or if you are a first-time buyer like we were. For a future home property investment, we will rehire Christal.
